    A nursing home has been sued where a patient was found dead after being left outside in 87 degree temperatures. The patient suffered from dementia and was allowed to wander outside the home.     The sons of a former nursing home patient have filed a lawsuit for wrongful death against the nursing home. The patient was admitted after a fall with a broken leg.     A nursing home neglect case decision has been overturned by the Supreme Court in favor of the plaintiff stating that there is cause for proof that neglect did occur with a patient at the nursing home. The family of the patient stated that the patient was allowed to develop a UTI infection and that it went untreated.
