Custodian at a Nursing Home Facility Charged Following Allegations of Sexual Assault with a Patient
Several charges are pending against a man formerly employed by a nursing home for the alleged sexual assault of a patient. According to court documents, the accused was employed as a custodian at the nursing home facility. The documents continue to allege that this man had attempted unwanted physical and sexual contact with a disabled patient.
The accused did plead not guilty to all charges and waived arraignment. He was released on bond and was court ordered to avoid any and all contact with the alleged victim. For more, read the story.
