    Several charges are pending against a man formerly employed by a nursing home for the alleged sexual assault of a patient. According to court documents, the accused was employed as a custodian at the nursing home facility.     A nursing home worker accused of sexually abusing a resident will go to trial to face the charges against him. The worker has pleaded guilty to three felony charges.
