    Two nursing home lawsuits are in the process of settling.  One lawsuit involves a patient who wandered from the facility.  The patient died and the facility was fined $25,000. The state cited that the facility "failed to ensure the door alarm to the courtyard on the facility's Alzheimer's Unit was engaged and the door not propped open."
