Nursing Home Neglect Leads To $2 Million Settlement
A nursing home has agreed to settle a lawsuit by paying $2 million. The lawsuit stemmed from failure to provide basic needs to patients. The facility was found to be understaffed, causing the failures to aid patients in eating, showering, drinking and toileting.
