Nursing Home Nurses Have High Turnover Rate In One State

Nursing homes in one state are experiencing a 97% annual turnover rate of staff. Nurses say they are overworked and have a patient ratio they cannot handle. Family members of loved ones a nursing home say that they have difficulties getting nurses to respond to call bells in their love ones rooms.
