Nursing Home Places Residents In Immediate Jeopardy
A 147-page report cited 37 violations identified by the state health department. The violations outlined include neglect, unsanitary living conditions, lack of proper staffing and other concerns. Ranked levels 1 to 4, the violations covered all levels of severity, level 4 meaning residents were placed in immediate jeopardy.
The nursing home facility was cited for failing to investigate and report allegations of abuse, provide regular showers for residents, provide consistent laundry services, properly contain threatening situations, and reasonably respond to the needs and preferences of residents.
