Nursing Home Settles Lawsuit Regarding Medication Negligence
A nursing home has settled a class-action lawsuit after several patients and their families filed a lawsuit claiming negligence for prescribing psychotherapeutic drugs without explaining the risks to patients and their legal representatives.
