Nursing Home Sued For Patient's Falls, Injuries
A nursing home patient was allowed to suffer multiple falls and a left femur fracture, bringing the family to action out of concern for the patient. Expectations of provision of quality care for their family member were not met. The family is now suing the nursing home for damages after seeing how the patient suffered physically and mentally from the abuse and neglect allowed by the nursing home.
