Nursing Home Worker Charged With Sexual Assault

 A nursing home caregiver accused of sexually assaulting a nursing home resident has had his certification permanently revoked due to the severity of the incident. According to a motion, "the defendant is accused of twice sexually assaulting a disabled resident of a nursing home while working as a certified nursing assistant."

"The accusation is supported by DNA evidence and admissions made by the defendant," the motion continued. "His certification has been permanently revoked following a hearing and subsequent appeal and he is now prohibited by law from working as a certified nursing assistant in a hospital or nursing home."
