Nursing Home Worker Charged With Sexual Assault
A nursing home worker was charged with sexual assault after being observed with a patient. The patient suffers from dementia and is unable to speak. The caregiver was terminated after the incident took place.
The nursing home worker was found guilty of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing will be at a later date. For more, read the story.
