    A nursing home has been fined $20,000 due to four different violations of care for residents in the facility. Each violation instigated a citation and a $5,000 fine.     Seven nursing homes in one area have been fined for violations relating to deficiencies in patient care. The facilities were fined more than $125,000 for the citations collectively.     Six nursing home facilities in one state have been fined for standard of care violations in treating nursing home patients. The fines ranged from approximately $1,500 to $1,900.
