One State's "Class 1" Nursing Home Violations Published
One state had several “Class 1” violations in nursing home facilities in April 2019, according to a recent press release. Some of the violations were found after a complaint and investigation was conducted, and one may have been a random inspection. Among these deficiencies included resident verbal abuse by employees, failure to take preventative measures to keep residents safe, and resident neglect by employees.
