One State’s Supreme Court Reversal May Exempt Nursing Home from Alleged Negligent Care

One nursing home named as a defendant in a lawsuit for alleged negligent care may be exempt legally, according to one state’s Supreme Court ruling. According to the Supreme Court justices, a jury concluded the prior decision. The reversal argued that this specific legal matter should be decided by judges versed in the law, not a jury. For more, read the story.
