    According to the family of a man who died from an infected decubitus ulcer, the nursing home staff is to blame for his preventable death. The patient was a resident of the nursing home for two years and was just 57 years old.     A lawsuit has been filed against a nursing home facility after a patient suffering from heart-attack induced dementia wandered away from the facility and froze to death. the facility failed to report the patient was missing for more than 12 hours.
